Sunday Drivers

Sunday 24th October saw four Moggies meet up for the last group meet of the year.

The meet point was Giffnock railway station car park. The owners enjoyed some fresh coffee (or a protein shake) and had a catch up, while a two-year-old belonging to one of them had great fun pretending to drive a Minor.

A party of four.

The weather stayed dry, possibly in part due to Pastor Dave having a word with the Divine, and a convoy run was had along the old A77 through Giffnock, Newton Mearns and south to the cut off for the B764 to Eaglesham (once the main road to East Kilbride).

The old Minors made their way past Whitlee wind farm, through the rolling countryside and back towards Glasgow.

That’s a wrap for 2021. We will be back next year with lots more to come though.
