Glasgow Morris Minors join FBHVC

On 28th January 2022, Glasgow Morris Minors joined the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs (FBHVC).

We believe it is important to support other clubs and organisations in working to uphold the freedom to use historic vehicles on the road whenever we so wish – and to ensure the continued supply of suitable fuel.

FBHVC’s Drive It Day

In addition to a range of other benefits Glasgow Morris Minors is now listed on the Federation’s club directory. We are also able to post details of planned events on the FBHVC website (a feature only just launched) for other historic vehicle enthusiasts to see.

We have organised a run for the FBHVC’s 2022 Drive it Day. Please come along.

The following excerpt is taken from the FBHVC website. “The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs exists to uphold the freedom to use historic vehicles on the road. It does this by representing the interests of owners of such vehicles to politicians, government officials, and legislators both in the UK and (through the Federation Internationale des Vehicules Anciens) in Europe.

There are over 540 subscriber organisations representing a total membership of over 250,000 in addition to individual and trade supporters.”
