Report: Royal Scottish Automobile Club – Spring Run
For the first official drive of the 2025 season it could not have been better. All forty-six entrants were blessed with a glorious sunny day. The mercury reached the the mid 60s in Fahrenheit. Vehicle entry types ranged from veteran vehicles, through classics all the way to modern vehicles.

With every one checked in, and tulip maps in place, all vehicles departed Milngavie at one minute intervals.

The scenic route took them generally east, towards Stirlingshire, on both the short (40 mile) and long (105 mile) routes.
The drive headed as far east as Cambusbarron, then west to Aberfoyle. There was a stop in Callander to enjoy some lunch and sunshine, before returning via Arnprior, Fintry and Killearn.
We are happy to report that both Glasgow Moggies entrants (both in MGs) enjoyed the drive. They speak highly of it and very much look ahead to the next outing.
